After Irma
After Hurricane Irma brought devastating floods to Jacksonville, Florida, Michele and Daniel held their wedding ceremony in a much beloved local park just days after it was entirely under water. Even the local news came out to interview them about it on their wedding day!
I had the privilege of getting to know Michele and Daniel before the wedding. Learning about the many life-threatening hardships they’d survived to make it to their big day made it all the more profound.
It’s days like these that make being a destination wedding photographer about the best job on the planet.
